Gelato Flavors
Our gelato is handmade following the truest Italian traditions. We strive
to always use the freshest and purest of ingredients—sourced whenever
possible, from local farmers and growers. We only purchase the finest nuts
and spices, and we believe that the pure quality of our ingredients translates
into creating one of the finest frozen desserts to be found anywhere. Unlike
traditional ice cream, our gelato has no added air whipped in, so our product
weighs significantly more than regular ice creams. By using less air, our
gelato is much denser, so we can use milk as our primary ingredient, not
cream, creating a lighter product that does not coat your mouth with fat,
blocking the pure flavors found in our gelato. Despite our low butterfat
content, our product tastes intensely creamy because of its density. Our
gelato doesn’t just look and taste like the real thing, it is the
real thing.
